The Blue Jackets' crest is the cannon, the one that fires after every home goal, drawn large across the chest with its wheels. The sweater is grey with navy shoulders, and the numbers are outlined in white.
The sleeves follow the city's Arch City nickname, a reference to the lit arches that once spanned High Street, with an arched shape and blue-and-navy stripes on the sleeves and waist. Filigree scrollwork is debossed behind the sleeve numbers, the shoulder carries a star in filigree, and captaincy letters sit on an outline of Ohio. Inside the hem, an italic "5th Line" graphic salutes the fans.
It is paired with navy helmets, gloves and pants and grey socks. At 13 games, Columbus is tied with Philadelphia for the most Remix games in the league, all of them before the new year.
